These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nudge mobile application (the “App”) operated by Mostafa Osman (“Nudge,” “we,” “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nudge and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
The service
Nudge is a social application that helps you coordinate and stay connected with people you choose. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts and authentication
You sign in with your mobile phone number and a one-time verification code sent by SMS. Keep your device and account secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use.
SMS / Text Messaging Program
By providing your phone number and requesting a code in the App, you consent to receive one-time verification (account authentication) text messages from Nudge. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including by harassing others, violating any law, attempting to access accounts that are not yours, or interfering with the App’s operation or security.
Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that messages will always be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mostafa Osman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
